My other group members and I love this game, and fun play with the birds. He is Edward Fortyhands The rules are as follows: two forty-ounce tape hands and any other person holding the leash forty to two ounces hands. You can not remove any bottle until done (both) fully. The first order (two wins). The rules can vary. You can allow people to go to the bathroom, scratching his face to make a phone call to the first or may choose not to let them do something because it is more of an incentive that came first.
