If I buy a Japanese Nintendo DSi?
"I can change the settings of English and be able to play US / Canada Games this?
I would not buy a Japanese Nintendo DS, if I were you, but I think they are capable of modifying parameters of all DS English and I think this applies to the Japanese DS.
