Question about dawn of war 2 chaos rising ?
It is my first time to play dawn of war ,I’m downloading it now
But while i’m reading in gamespot i found this sentence “You’ll probably want both games for multiplayer, since Chaos Rising alone won’t give you access to the original four factions in multiplayer matches”
Is this sentence is right
And what did he mean with (both games) DOW 1 &2 ? or DOW 2 and chaos rising?
And what is the 4 functions in the multiplayer are they races or options or what ?
That sentance is true for the first DoW and all its expansions also. What it means is that if you dont have the original DoW2 then you cannot play as the Space Marines, Orks, Eldar, or Tyranids on Multiplayer. The only exeption is with the Tyranids in last stand. But as for Singleplayer it will have Marines, Orks, Eldar, Tyranids and Chaos available.
