Hi I bought Fallout 3 for Xbox 360 or PS3?

DLC is downloadable content. Additional missions and other things you have to pay, in addition add to the game. Since you have PS3 and 360 get the 360 version. Only I have a PS3 and a great game, but I heard the same from 360 and downloadable content is on this version, go for it.
