Wii Internet Setup Wired

Help! My Wii isn’t working right, but it is at the same time!?

I got a setup internet connection, wired, on my Computer, from my main computer, which is wireless, Linksys. It worked just fine until today. It gave me the error message of 52031. It said I needed to confirm internet settings. So, I did. Same error message, but then it only said unable to connect. Worst part is, is that I tried a friends internet connection – a block away, and it connected. But yet I can’t connect to the internet on mine. I need green bars, but I only have yellow. So, basically, I can’t go to Rock Band 2 on-line mode without Green bars, and linksys doesn’t have that. I checked to make sure our internet was okay, it says its public, but not the Wii. I made sure the Media Sharing was on, and it was, but, I know the key to it, so I can get in the WEP. What do I do?

Try unplugging your modem and wireless router. Leave them unplugged for a few minutes, and then plug in the modem. Wait for it to connect completely. Then plug in the router.
