Wii Iso Loader Sd Card
USB loader for Wii question.?
I am not really familiar with this USB launching on the Wii, however, I tried it today. Firstly, I downloaded CIOS and installed it via WAD manager, then I took my 2GB Micro SD and put it into my USB adapter for Micro SD. The small capacity is justified by the small size of the game I want to run. Then I downloader WBFS manager 3.1. For my x64 Windows 7 and formated my USB flash. After this I browsed for the iso and the size was 1.36GB. I pressed “Add to drive” button and it IMMEDIATELY transferred. However, it didn’t transfer at all, the drive is still empty. Nevertheless I downloaded USB loader and booted it up via Homebrew channel, the flash card was in the Wii. It said “No isos to boot” or something. I don’t know why WBFS doesn’t want to normally transfer the files. Also, I am trying to transfer a Gamecube iso. And maybe it doesn’t work because of the SD card. Does anyone know the solution to this matter?
Thanks.
Good Question.
Gamecube games aren’t supported by anything other than a burned disc, and the Gamecube Backup Launcher. USB methods don’t work because the wii cannot access the wii hardware (usb) while running gamecube hardware.
Sounds like you’ve done everything right, but just need to throw on a small Wii game instead. Most animal crossing or harvest moon games have a very small file size. Even New Super Mario Bros. Wii runs between 300~500mb respectively.
Good luck! Glad to help!
