"I can use the Xbox 360 Chat-pad as a keyboard for Windows 7?
I have a USB cable for Xbox 360 and Xbox 360 chat pad. I use the controller for a game but it has buttons only for the map I want to do. I had the idea instead of using the controller and separate keyboard, that perhaps there was a way for us the cat-pad and buttons on a keyboard all connected to the controller. In this way, I could have a complete QWERTY keyboard and joysticks attached to it. But I do not know if possible. Can someone please tell me if there is no license or program for the cat-pad keyboard fully functional.
Short answer, No. It is something that people has tried to go to work for literally years (I was one of them).
