How does an Xbox 360 to Microsoft for repair?
I have sent emails Xbox customer throughout the week on my xbox has three lights, but so far have been unsuccessful. The Xbox support site will not let me register my camera and told me to contact customer service. When I do that I said to wait for someone to answer my questions, which is a recording saying to go on the site again! It is driving me crazy! This is the second time my xbox broke. The last time I did a good job and was fast, but this was terrible. I changed my e-mail since the last time and do it all by phone. Can someone give a Guy helping hand because I'm losing my mind, without Halo and Gears !!!???
ring them and select the options you want. I've never had a problem with passing through a representative of the Member States, usually wait 5-10 minutes before I get one. Microsoft will repair the problem free, as is the question three lights I recommend not to go to a repair shop and pay for it, Telephone MS just saved.
